- Stir in the diced strawberries.

- Take the lid off, set the tubpint in the outer bowl and lock it into the machine. Run Lite Ice Cream.
- Expect it to look powdery after the first spin. That is normal for protein ice cream.
- If it looks crumbly or powdery, add 15 ml skimmed milk1 tbsp skimmed milk1 tbsp skim milk25 ml skimmed milk1½ tbsp skimmed milk1½ tbsp skim milk and run Re-spin.
- Still powdery? Add another splash of milk and Re-spin once more.
To serve: Top with sliced fresh strawberries.
Tips
- Frozen strawberries work. Thaw them first so they blend smoothly.
- Add 2 crushed graham crackers with the Mix-in program for a cheesecake crust crunch.
- No pudding mix? Use ¼ tsp xanthan gum instead.

Why it works
Cottage cheese and cream cheese give real cheesecake tang and body, and their protein holds water, so the fruit does not turn the tubpint icy.
