Steps

  7. If it looks crumbly or powdery, add 15 ml whole milk1 tbsp whole milk1 tbsp whole milk25 ml whole milk1½ tbsp whole milk1½ tbsp whole milk and run Re-spin.

To serve: Dust with cinnamon and serve with a shortbread biscuit.

Tips

  • Strong tea matters. Weak tea tastes of spice and milk only.
  • Have chai spice mix? Use 1½ tsp of it in place of the separate spices.
  • For a dirty chai, swap half the tea for cooled espresso.

Why it works
