- Pour the base into an empty tubpint, up to the max fill line. Put the lid on and freeze on a level shelf for 24 hours.
- Dig a hole about 4 cm1½ in wide down to the bottom of the frozen tubpint. Pour in 100 ml whole milk100 ml whole milk¼ cup + 3 tbsp whole milk150 ml whole milk150 ml whole milk⅔ cup whole milk and 40 g mini dark chocolate chips55 ml mini dark chocolate chips¼ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips60 g mini dark chocolate chips85 ml mini dark chocolate chips⅓ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, then lock it into the machine and run Milkshake.
To serve: Serve in chilled glasses with whipped cream and a few more chocolate chips.
Tips
- For the classic pale green color, whisk in 1–2 drops of green food coloring with the extract.
- Use peppermint extract, not mint extract. Mint extract contains spearmint and tastes like gum.
- Want it thinner? Add 2–4 tbsp cold milk and run Re-spin.
