In the tubpintScale reads
Put the empty tubpint (or your pan) on the kitchen scale and press zero. Add each ingredient until the scale shows the number on the right.
Mix-ins
Mix-ins go in after the first spin, so they are not in the tubpint drawing.
Mix everything in one big bowl, then divide it evenly between 2 tubspints.

- Still powdery? Add another splash of milk and Re-spin once more.

To serve: Top with a spoon of Greek yogurt and a dusting of cinnamon.
Tips
- Use plain pumpkin purée, not pumpkin pie filling, which is already sweetened and spiced.
- No pumpkin pie spice? Use 1 tsp cinnamon with a pinch each of ginger, nutmeg and cloves.
- Butternut squash purée works the same way.

Why it works
Pumpkin purée is mostly water held in fiber, so it adds body and color for very few calories. Maple syrup lowers the freezing point for a softer scoop.
