Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves and any fizz is gone.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then strain it into the tubpint, leaving the mint behind. Put the lid on.
- Once it is completely cool, freeze the tubpint on a level shelf for 24 hours.
- Take the lid off, set the tubpint in the outer bowl and lock it into the machine. Run Slushi.
To serve: Serve in tall glasses with a fresh mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
Tips
- Use regular lemonade. Diet and sugar-free drinks freeze rock hard and will not turn slushy.
- Green tea works in place of black tea for a lighter, paler slush.
- Too thick to sip? Add 2–4 tbsp cold lemonade and run Re-spin.

Why it works
Tea and lemonade with a little extra sugar land near 10% sugar, which freezes into soft crystals. Crushing the mint with sugar pulls its oils out fast.
