Put the empty tubpint (or your pan) on the kitchen scale and press zero. Add each ingredient until the scale shows the number on the right.
Mix everything in one big bowl, then divide it evenly between 2 tubspints.
Steps
- Blend 120 g strawberries190 ml strawberries¾ cup + 1 tbsp strawberries180 g strawberries290 ml strawberries1¼ cups strawberries and 10 g caster or granulated sugar2½ tsp caster or granulated sugar2½ tsp granulated sugar15 g caster or granulated sugar1 tbsp caster or granulated sugar1 tbsp granulated sugar until completely smooth.
- Stir in 320 ml lemonade320 ml lemonade1⅓ cups lemonade480 ml lemonade480 ml lemonade2 cups lemonade. If it is fizzy, keep stirring until the bubbles stop.
- Pour the base into an empty tubpint, up to the max fill line. Put the lid on and freeze on a level shelf for 24 hours.
- Take the lid off, set the tubpint in the outer bowl and lock it into the machine. Run Slushi.
To serve: Serve in tall glasses with a lemon slice and a wide straw.
Tips
- Use regular lemonade, still or stirred flat. Diet and sugar-free drinks freeze rock hard and will not turn slushy.
- If an icy ring forms around the sides, break it up with a spoon and run Re-spin.
- Too thick to sip? Add 2–4 tbsp cold lemonade and run Re-spin.

Why it works
Sugar sets how hard a drink freezes. At around 10%, it freezes into fine, soft crystals that the Slushi program shaves into a smooth slush.
