Put the empty tubpint (or your pan) on the kitchen scale and press zero. Add each ingredient until the scale shows the number on the right.
Add right before spinning
Mix everything in one big bowl, then divide it evenly between 2 tubspints.
Steps

- Stir in ½ tsp vanilla extract or paste½ tsp vanilla extract or paste½ tsp vanilla extract¾ tsp vanilla extract or paste¾ tsp vanilla extract or paste¾ tsp vanilla extract. Pour into the tubpint, cool to room temperature, then put the lid on.
- Once it is completely cool, freeze the tubpint on a level shelf for 24 hours.
- Dig a hole about 4 cm1½ in wide down to the bottom of the frozen tubpint. Pour in 100 ml whole milk100 ml whole milk¼ cup + 3 tbsp whole milk150 ml whole milk150 ml whole milk⅔ cup whole milk, then lock it into the machine and run Frozen Drink.
To serve: Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serve with a straw and a spoon.
Tips
- For a darker, less sweet drink, use 70% dark chocolate.
- Cool the base fully before freezing. A warm tubpint freezes unevenly and turns icy.
- Too thick to sip? Add 2–4 tbsp cold milk and run Re-spin.

Why it works
Melted chocolate and cocoa add cocoa butter and fine solids that thicken the frozen milk, so it spins into a frosty, creamy drink instead of plain ice.
