Put the empty tubpint (or your pan) on the kitchen scale and press zero. Add each ingredient until the scale shows the number on the right.
Mix everything in one big bowl, then divide it evenly between 2 tubspints.

- Let 220 g frozen pink dragon fruit chunks340 ml frozen pink dragon fruit chunks1½ cups frozen pink dragon fruit chunks330 g frozen pink dragon fruit chunks510 ml frozen pink dragon fruit chunks2¼ cups frozen pink dragon fruit chunks soften at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Blend the dragon fruit with 100 g ripe banana1 ripe banana1 ripe banana150 g ripe banana1½ ripe bananas1½ ripe bananas, 120 ml pineapple juice120 ml pineapple juice½ cup pineapple juice180 ml pineapple juice180 ml pineapple juice¾ cup pineapple juice and 2 tsp fresh lime juice2 tsp fresh lime juice2 tsp fresh lime juice15 ml fresh lime juice1 tbsp fresh lime juice1 tbsp fresh lime juice until smooth and bright pink.
- Pour the base into an empty tubpint, up to the max fill line. Put the lid on and freeze on a level shelf for 24 hours.
- Take the lid off, set the tubpint in the outer bowl and lock it into the machine. Run Smoothie Bowl.
- If it looks crumbly or powdery, add 30 ml pineapple juice2 tbsp pineapple juice2 tbsp pineapple juice45 ml pineapple juice3 tbsp pineapple juice3 tbsp pineapple juice and run Re-spin.
To serve: Top with sliced kiwi, coconut flakes and granola.
Tips
- Use pink (red-fleshed) dragon fruit. White-fleshed fruit gives a pale gray bowl.
- Frozen dragon fruit packs or cubes are often easier to find than fresh fruit.
- Add the toppings right before eating so the granola stays crunchy.

Why it works
Dragon fruit is mild and watery, so banana adds body and pineapple juice adds sweetness and tang. Together they freeze into a block that spins thick and smooth.
